Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Gravliq website, API, or services (“Service”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Use of Official Meta Platform APIs

Gravliq integrates exclusively with official, Meta-approved Graph APIs for Instagram professional accounts. By connecting your Instagram account to Gravliq:

• You agree to comply at all times with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies.
• You represent that you are an authorized administrator of the Instagram professional or creator account and associated Facebook page.
• You acknowledge that Meta reserves the right to rate-limit, suspend, or revoke API access at any time pursuant to its own platform governance.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Gravliq to:

• Transmit unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or deceptive phishing links.
• Send harassment, hate speech, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content to Instagram users.
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent Meta's 24-hour customer messaging policy or Gravliq rate limits.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or harvest personal data from the Service or Instagram platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes grounds for immediate termination of your account and revocation of all workspace access without refund.

4. Multi-Tenant Workspaces & Role Access

Gravliq provides multi-tenant workspaces with role-based access control (RBAC):

• Workspace Owners: Maintain sole authority over workspace deletion, Stripe subscription billing, and ownership transfers. Workspaces must always retain at least one designated Owner.
• Admins: Authorized to create, modify, and delete automation rules, invite team members, view unified inbox messages, and manage Instagram connections.
• Members & Viewers: Granted granular read/reply permissions according to their assigned tier.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle through our payment processor, Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with no refunds provided for partial billing periods.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Gravliq is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gravliq disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. Gravliq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost profits, API downtime, or changes in third-party platform policies.
